Kevin Bahr was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1989. He represents companies and individuals in complex business, contract and insurance matters in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings and mediation.
Kevin specializes in resolving business disputes, forming companies, guiding business owners through general day-to-day matters, handling asset sale and transfer events, and analyzing complex insurance coverage matters. Kevin serves as outside general counsel to various local, regional and national companies.
Kevin graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1986, and received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1989. Following law school, Kevin was an associate and then partner with the Atlanta law firm of Freeman & Hawkins, now known as Hawkins & Parnell. In 2001, Kevin joined Paul Mason’s firm, and in 2003 they formed Mason Bahr LLP. Kevin started his solo practice in 2019.
Kevin is active in the Dunwoody community, where he serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Ethics for the city of Dunwoody. He volunteers in various capacities for Dunwoody’s public schools, including the high school lacrosse team.
